Completing this continuing education course on advanced instrumentation helped me build on my clinical skills and better understand how to choose and use instruments effectively for different patients. It reinforced how important proper technique, positioning, and instrument selection are for providing safe and thorough care. This course gave me more confidence in my ability to adapt my approach based on each patient’s needs. This experience supports Program Outcome Goal #7 by showing my commitment to continuing education and improving my skills as a dental hygienist throughout my career.
